Do you offer samples of your scones?

Yes – we can offer samples and will discuss this with you during your set up call.

Am I okay to freeze the products?

While you can freeze any of our loaf cakes, traybakes and bread upon delivery we suggest you do not freeze our scones.

How soon can I place an order?

From retrieving your keys, we’ll aim to get you set up and ready to receive your first delivery in 48 hours.

What time will you deliver my order?

Deliveries in London take place between 00:00 and 5:00 every morning.

Do I have to provide a key?

We’d prefer you to provide us with a key, however if you would prefer not to we can deliver to a lockbox or safe sheltered place.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Yes – we deliver across London 7 days a week.
