• What should I do if I have an issue with my delivery?

  If you have any issues with delivery or product quality please give us a call on or email us on orders@galeta.co.uk

• Can the products be re-frozen?

  Yes, you can freeze all products on arrival and these will be good to keep for up to six months.

• If I wanted a larger bulk order, could I have a direct delivery?

  Yes - we can offer frozen pallet deliveries and, in some cases, direct van deliveries for large orders.

• What packaging do you use?

  We use a fully recyclable inner sleeve within a cardboard box.

• I’m not a business, can I still order?

  Sadly not - we supply solely cafes, delis and restaurants.

• What are your top sellers? I’m not sure where to start.

  Classic Cookies. Salted Caramel Brownies. Our legendary Vegan Banana Bread - moist, moreish, and always the first thing to vanish.They fly out. But we’re happy to recommend a first order tailored to your crowd.
