A New Generation of Muffins for Café Counters

We’ve been busy in the bakery.

Over the past few months, we’ve taken a fresh look at our muffin range with one simple question in mind: how do we make the very best muffins possible for café counters?

The result is a refreshed line-up of eight freshly baked wholesale muffins, designed for coffee shops, bakeries, delis and hospitality counters looking for high-quality bakery muffins that stand out.

Each muffin is built around a softer sponge, generous fillings and proper ingredients, creating the kind of bakery muffins customers pick up instinctively for breakfast, with a mid-morning coffee or an on-the-go treat.

Think natural lemon curd, dark Callebaut chocolate, homemade fruit jams and warm bakery spices, all baked into a soft, flavourful sponge.

These muffins are designed to perform where it matters most: on busy café counters.

The New Muffin Range

Our refreshed wholesale muffin range introduces six flavours designed for both familiarity and standout flavour.

Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Muffin

Soft chocolate sponge with chocolate chunks, made with 54% Callebaut chocolate and extra-brut cacao, balanced with raspberry jam and whole raspberries, finished with chocolate sauce, freeze-dried raspberries and gentle icing.

Dark Chocolate

A chocolate-based sponge made with 54% dark Callebaut chocolate, filled with a smooth dark chocolate sauce.

Lemon Curd Muffin

A soft vanilla sponge filled with naturally made lemon curd and finished with a sharp, sticky lemon glaze.

Blueberry Muffin

Vanilla and caramel treacle sponge with homemade blueberry jam, finished with cinnamon crumble.

Breakfast Seeded Carrot Muffin

Packed with carrot, raisins and a dash of cinnamon for a moist, gently spiced crumb, finished with a honey-and-orange glaze and toasted seeds.

Strawberry & Macadamia Nut Muffin

A vanilla and treacle sponge filled with natural strawberry jam, topped with toasted almonds, macadamia nut crunch and freeze-dried strawberries.

Blackberry & Apple Muffin

A soft sponge infused with maple and cinnamon, topped with apple, blackberries and a pecan crumble.

Together they form a focused bakery muffin range built for café display, takeaway counters and grab-and-go customers.

What’s Changing

As part of refining the range, a few muffins are making way for the new line-up.

Orders delivered before Monday 13th April will receive the current muffin range. From Monday 13th April, deliveries will switch to the new range, including automatic substitutions unless otherwise communicated.

To keep things simple for our wholesale customers, we will automatically substitute the closest match from the new range when an older muffin is no longer available.

These substitutions are based on the closest flavour and style to ensure a smooth transition for café menus and bakery counters, though the full muffin range is available to choose from.
