Our method

Our recipe development process is driven by the close knit relationships within our galeta family. We listen to the individual needs of each cafe, deli and restaurant to continually improve all of our ranges. Our best-selling products are a combination of our customers' needs and our own desire to create the perfect bakes.

For smaller businesses like ourselves, Galeta have been great. From their Almond butter cookies to the cinnamon bun tray and quick deliveries, Galeta are definitely somewhere I would recommend.
