Head of Cakes!

We’re looking for a skilled Head of Cakes to lead our pastry team at our London bakery, delivering top-notch traybakes and loaf cakes. If you’re passionate about quality bakes, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have a creative spark, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspire, mentor, and manage our talented pastry team.
  • Create and deliver a diverse range of cakes, patisserie, and desserts.
  • Drive high standards for quality, consistency, and productivity.
  • Oversee ingredients, production schedules, and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to keep our bakery offering fresh, innovative, and exciting.
  • What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Patisserie or similar role in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Expertise in patisserie techniques, cake production, and recipe development.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure while upholding top-tier standards.
  • A sound understanding of food safety and health & safety best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Head of Patisserie or similar role in a fast-paced production environment.
