Business Development Representative

MUST HAVE A FULL, CLEAN UK DRIVERS LICENCE FOR THIS ROLE.

Location: London (on the road, visiting cafes, coffee shops & restaurants)
Duration: Three month FTC, with the potential for a permanent role.
Compensation: Commission-based – £100 for every new customer secured, with OTE potential of £1,500+ per day! All expenses paid. Top performers may be offered a permanent position on the sales team.
Start Date: Immediate

We are on the hunt for a Business Development Rep to help grow our customer base accross London. If you love being out and about, meeting new people, and have a nack for sales, this is the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing:
– Driving around London, visiting cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants.
– Pitching Galeta’s products to potential customers and securing new accounts.
– Delivering samples and building relationships with key decision-makers.
– Managing your own sales approach with full autonomy.
– Working towards sales targets with the potential for a long-term role in the team.

What we’re looking for:
– Sales experience – any background in sales, customer service, or business development.
– A full, clean UK driving licence – you’ll be on the road every day.
– Confidence & charisma – ability to build rapport quickly and close deals.
– Self-motivation – this role gives you freedom, so you need to be proactive.
– Passion for food – enthusiasm for artisan bakery products is a big plus.
