Customer Onboarding Specialist

Full-Time | Based in Farringdon, London (mostly out on the road)

We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to make sure every new café, coffee shop, or restaurant gets the best possible start with us.

This is a fast-paced, people-first role where you’ll be out and about across London, helping new customers feel right at home with Galeta.

What you’ll be doing
– Own the full onboarding journey for new B2B customers
– Be the first point of contact — friendly, helpful, reliable
– Visit customer sites to walk them through setup and make sure everything runs smoothly
– Build trust-based relationships from day one
– Work closely with sales, ops, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless experience
– Share ideas to help improve and evolve how we onboard

What we’re looking for
– A natural people person — confident on the phone, even better in person
– Happy being on the move — most of your time will be out on the road
– Organised, independent, and proactive
– Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
– Experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or hospitality is a plus)
– CRM or onboarding platform experience is helpful, not essential

Where you’ll work
Start your day at our Farringdon HQ, then head out across the city to meet customers. You’ll need to be London-savvy and comfortable working on the go.
