• What are our delivery charges?

  Under £40: £7.50 delivery
  £40-£60: £5 delivery
  Over £60: Free delivery

  No minimum order. Order what you need, when you need it.

• Do you offer samples?

  Sadly not but we'd be happy to offer you a 50% discount on any products you'd like to try with your first order.

• Can the products be frozen?

  You can freeze any of our loaf cakes, traybakes, bread, muffins and cookies upon delivery and they’ll keep for up to 3 months. We suggest you do not freeze pastries, doughnuts, crodoughs as they are best served fresh and consumed within one day of delivery.

• Does your bread come pre-sliced?

  Yes - we can offer all bread pre-sliced.

• How long will it take to set up an account?

  From receiving your keys, we’ll aim to get you set up to receive your first delivery in 48 hours.

• When do deliveries take place?

  Deliveries will take place between 01.00 and 06:00 every morning, seven days a week.

• Do I have to provide a key?

  This is our preferred method, but if you would prefer to leave a lockbox or a safe, sheltered space we can deliver without one.

• Are your cakes pre-portioned?

  All of our traybakes and round cakes will come pre-portioned.

• I'm not a business, can I still order?

  Sadly not, Galeta supplies businesses only: cafes, restaurants, shops and offices. If you'd like to try our bakes, you'll find them at cafes all around London. Ordering on behalf of a business? Email orders@galeta.co.uk and we'll get you set up.

• Do you deliver on the weekend?

  Yes, we deliver 7 days a week.

• Do you handle any allergens?

  Yes, we handle Eggs, Fish, Gluten, Milk, Peanuts, Nuts, Sesame, Soya & Sulphites. We have steps in place to minimise cross-contamination, please ask if you would like details.

• Issue with your order?

  Please ensure all orders are reported before 12pm on the day of delivery to orders@galeta.co.uk
